1. Who operates My Face Notes

My Face Notes, available at myfacenotes.com, is operated by TangChaoDi, an individual based in China ("we", "us" or "our"). Contact us at support@myfacenotes.com.

These terms govern your use of the website and its digital reports. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and photo permission

You must be at least 18 years old. Use a photo of yourself as an adult, or a photo of another adult who has expressly permitted this analysis and, if requested, sharing with the AI providers described below. You are responsible for having the rights and permission needed to submit the photo. Do not submit children's photos or impersonate another person.

3. The report and free preview

The My Face Notes Report is a digital report based on one front-facing photo. It includes six measured facial proportions, optional personalized AI observations across six facial areas, hair and eyewear suggestions, and suggested next steps. A browser-generated PDF can include your photo, measurements and all completed AI analysis.

The free preview provides browser-based measurements without an account. Full AI analysis requires a signed-in account, a confirmed payment for that report and your separate data-processing consent. Administrator test purchases do not grant production access. AI availability depends on the provider, image quality and technical conditions; a request can fail. A sample report is an illustration, not a promise that your results will be identical.

4. Price and checkout availability

The report is priced at US$15.99 per report, as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. See Pricing for the report contents and current availability. Any applicable taxes and the final charge are displayed on the hosted checkout before you confirm payment.

When checkout is available, payment takes place on Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout. The website displays whether purchasing is available; administrator test mode is separate from production payments. We unlock the purchased report only after server-side payment verification. Returning from the checkout page alone does not prove payment. Free previews do not automatically convert to paid purchases.

One purchase covers one report tied to the submitted photo, measurements and report language. A failed generation can be retried without buying the same report again. A completed report is reused rather than generating unlimited new versions. A different photo or report language requires a separate purchase.

5. Delivery and saving your report

Your report is displayed in the browser after processing. It is not shipped physically or delivered by email. PDF export runs on your device, and only completed AI analysis is included. If generation fails, a PDF containing measurements alone is not a completed full AI report.

Photos and measurement arrays remain in the original browser tab; refreshing or closing it clears those local contents. Keep that tab open while completing checkout in another tab. Successful paid AI text is encrypted and available for recovery for 30 days after generation, subject to the storage details in our Privacy Policy. This is not permanent report storage. A complete PDF still needs the local photo and measurements, so download it before leaving. If interrupted, return to the original report tab or reselect the same photo and report language while signed in to check for an existing purchase. Contact support if recovery fails; do not pay again for an undelivered report. You control downloaded files.

6. Optional AI processing

Initial measurements run on your device. Checking the data-consent box and continuing to the report does not itself transmit your photo. Only explicitly requesting AI generation sends the prepared photo, landmarks, image dimensions and report language to our server.

Our server recalculates the measurements and sends the prepared photo and its dimensions, six measurements and their definitions, approximate face-shape label and language to Kie and the third-party model service it uses. The full landmark array is not sent to Kie. Processing and retention by those services are governed by their own policies; we do not promise immediate provider deletion or that data is never used for training.

You can use local measurements without AI sharing. Withdrawing consent stops future AI requests until you consent again; it does not recall data already transmitted. Read the Privacy Policy for details and privacy-request options.

7. Accuracy and intended use

Measurements are estimates from a single two-dimensional photo. Pose, expression, lighting, hair, occlusion, lens distortion and landmark detection can affect them. Face-shape labels are heuristic references, not validated classifications. AI text may be incomplete, inconsistent or incorrect and may differ between requests.

The report is for personal-style exploration. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, a beauty or attractiveness score, identity verification, or an assessment of health, race, gender identity, personality or suitability for employment. Do not rely on it for healthcare or other consequential decisions. Hair and eyewear suggestions are optional ideas; we do not guarantee a particular appearance or outcome.

8. Cancellations, refunds and billing questions

The following refund policy applies to paid report orders. Reports are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.

Request window and eligible issues

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of successful payment. We refund the affected report purchase, or the duplicate charge, after verifying one of these issues:

• Generation failure: the paid full report could not be generated.
• Non-delivery: you did not receive access to the paid report as described.
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same report order.
• Material quality problem: the delivered report has a substantial defect, such as missing advertised analysis sections, unreadable content or content materially unrelated to the submitted photo and measurements.

This is a request-and-review policy, not an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. A change of mind, disagreement with a style suggestion or ordinary variation in AI wording does not by itself qualify. The report's stated limitations do not excuse a material defect or non-delivery.

How to request a refund

Email support@myfacenotes.com within the request window. Include your order or receipt reference, purchase email address, payment date and a description of the issue. Relevant error messages or screenshots can help us review it. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or face photo unless necessary for the specific issue.

We review the available order information and your explanation, and may request reasonable clarification. We will communicate the outcome by email. Once an eligible issue is verified, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the affected report, or the duplicate amount charged, through the original payment method where supported. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; we do not promise an immediate credit to your account.

You can stop using the free service at any time. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, legal remedies for a service not supplied as described, or any longer refund period required by applicable law.

9. Accounts, support and acceptable use

The free measurement preview does not require an account. Purchasing and accessing paid AI reports require an account. If you create one, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. An account does not provide permanent storage of face reports. Do not use the service to harass, discriminate against or exploit anyone, to identify or track a person without permission, or to assess people for employment, insurance or other consequential decisions. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, bypass access controls, probe for credentials, disrupt the service or send abusive automated requests. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.

10. Your content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you hold in the photo and other content you submit. You permit us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that content only as needed to provide the functionality you request and operate the service as described there.

You may download and use your report for personal purposes, subject to the rights of anyone shown in it. AI-generated material may not be unique or protected by copyright; we do not promise exclusive rights in generated suggestions. Our website design, branding and software remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights and licenses.

11. Service availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the service as described, but interruptions, provider outages and errors can occur. The current test version may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free report. Contact support if a technical problem prevents you from using a feature.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on style suggestions or your subsequent storage or sharing of a report. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove rights to remedies for a service that does not match its description.

12. Changes, disputes and contact

We will update the date above when these terms change. Material changes to paid services will be disclosed before they apply; new pricing will not retroactively change a confirmed purchase. You may stop using the service if you do not accept an update.
